Our updated corporate web site has also just made its debut. It offers
a wide range of new user features that include: product manuals, product
configurations, material safety data sheets, and we’ve added a site
search feature to make it easier for you to find the information you need.
MC600 Class 1, Div 2 Approval
Featuring a breakthrough modular design for monitoring toxic and combustible
gas, our MC600 Multi-Channel Controller has received Class I, Div 2, approval
from Factory Mutual for use in hazardous environments common to the oil/gas,
chemical, wastewater and other industries.
Featuring an intelligent microprocessor-based design, the modular MC600
offers reliability, flexibility and economy in toxic and combustible gas
systems. The six-channel MC600 offers continuous gas monitoring when equipped
with toxic and/or hydrocarbon gas sensors and is designed to protect people,
equipment and facilities in hazardous industries.
The MC600 is compatible with our basic hydrocarbon and H2S
sensors, all versions of our combustible and H2S intelligent
gas detectors, as well as our Models IR2100, IR5000, IR7000 infrared detectors
and TS-Series toxic gas detectors. It is a highly scalable solution that
can be used as either a local gas detection system or networked to provide
a large plant-wide distributed safety system.

FL3110 and FL3111 Flame Detectors
Designed using advanced ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) flame sensing
elements, our new FL3110 (UV/IR) and FL3111 (UV) Flame Detectors are ATEX-approved
for use in the European community. They represent the state-of-the-art
in secure, reliable and dependable flame monitoring. Highly accurate built-in
flicker-discrimination circuitry and self-checking Continuous Optical
Path Monitoring (COPM) ensure exceptional fire protection, with freedom
from the worry of false alarms.
Both the FL3110 and FL3111 feature a wide field of view (FOV), covering
a greater area to reduce the number of detectors necessary for flame detection.
They are ideal for a wide range of applications within the oil/gas, chemical,
automotive and aviation industry. Typical applications include offshore
drilling and production platforms, refineries, fuel loading stations,
compressor stations, electrostatic paint spray booths and aircraft hangars.

Electrochemical H2S Sensor
With a breakthrough in electrochemical cell sensor technology, our new
TS Series Hydrogen Sulfide Gas Detectors provide advanced protection against
the deadly hazards of hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S) for a
wide range of applications.
The TS Series for H2S gas detection includes two models:
the TS4000 and the TS400. They both sense H2S over a broad
range from 0 to 100 ppm. The advanced electrochemical cells in these devices
feature a precision laser weld design that provides superior casing integrity.
This rugged construction prevents separation and leaking, which are common
problems in other sensor designs, to ensure superior performance. The
cells operate over a broad temperature range from -40 to +50°C.
